Refund Policy

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money!
 
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find solution for the issue! We expect you to send the package back within 7 business days, after checking the item we confirm your refund. When a refund decision is made, this process is usually carried out within 7-15 days.
 

3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?

We do offer exchanges if the item recieived is a different size than what we have listed. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. We do not offer exchanges on items that are sold out or out of stock. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product?
